These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your (“you” or “User”) access to and use of www.getrevues.ai (the “Website”) and any related subdomains, APIs, and services provided by GetRevues.ai.
By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs, you must immediately discontinue use of our Service.

4.1 Review Aggregation: The Service enables you to connect your Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Facebook Business, and other accounts (where permissible) to retrieve and organise customer reviews.
4.2 Sentiment Analysis: We use artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to classify and summarise the sentiment of collected reviews.
4.3 AI Reply Suggestions: Pro and premium plan Users may generate suggested replies to reviews using our AI. You are solely responsible for the final content of any reply posted publicly.
Our Service may integrate with or provide links to third-party websites or services, such as official APIs (e.g., Google APIs). We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, policies, or practices. Use of such third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Service. We may need to suspend or restrict access to the Service (or any part of it) for maintenance or updates.
5.1 Registration: To access certain features, you must create an Account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential.
5.2 Account Usage: You agree not to share your Account credentials with any unauthorised person. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

6.1 Subscription Tiers: We offer free, pro, and premium plans (or as otherwise indicated on the Website). Each plan has specific features and limitations outlined at www.getrevues.ai/pricing.
Payment Processors: We use third-party payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe to handle subscription payments. Your payment details are processed securely via these platforms.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection.

6.3 Auto-Renewal: Unless cancelled, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method.
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may issue refunds or credits under extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion.
Upgrading from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan may result in pro-rated charges.

However, by uploading or providing Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, store, reproduce, and display such Content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.
You must have all necessary rights and consents to upload or provide any Content (including user reviews) to our Service.
You must not submit Content that violates any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights) or any applicable laws.
We do not verify the accuracy or legitimacy of user-provided Content (including reviews). You acknowledge that we are not liable for any Content posted by you or third parties.
Where our Service processes personal data on your behalf (e.g., data within reviews that may contain personal information), you are considered the “Data Controller” and we are the “Data Processor” under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or EU GDPR (as applicable). You must ensure you have a lawful basis to process such data and comply with data protection laws.
All intellectual property in and to the Service (including the Website, branding, software code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and all related documentation) is owned by or licensed to GetRevues.ai. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, business opportunities) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
In any event, our total liability (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
